We were a group of 18. The resort people were not ready with anything even after we had made an advance payment and had called their agent before. Pathetic pool and surroundings and also unkempt washrooms. The resort people were also reluctant to provide any service. Very laid back attitude. Please don't go there. Waste of money and time.

One of the worst resorts. Rooms stink and staff do not bother whether you stay or leave. We had given 11K as advanced and when reached at location it was completely horrible experience. We shifted to another resort and had to let go of our advance amount. If you still plan to go to this place visit first and don't pay any amount in advance.

Very Bad Service,,..... Food Quality was Pathetic... Reality is totally different from what is shown in Photos ... The swimming pool was also not good and even Damaged.... It was very Risky. And it not recommended for Kids & Low height peoples.. Food Lovers please take your own food... Ac food Quality it very very pathetic.... All of All it not worthy.. doesn't have Value for Money.... Very bad experience. No proper hygiene maintained. No cleanliness, no preparation even on paying in advance. The owner was not even aware they they had a booking made by us on that day. Fraud. We didn't use any their resource or facility nor stay and still they are not giving us the refund. There are other better resorts available in that area, so be aware before booking this resort.

We have visited on 22nd july-23rd July 2023, office group of 18 PPL and was expecting good stay and food. This is very genuine review as I have visited many resorts but this was the worst experience. Spacially food what we expect should be good ,it's not worthy at all and no variety of food instead they offered only Biryani for lunch and limited options for dinner unlike other resorts where there is buffet and multiple food options. Per person cost they are taking and giving almost nothing worth that. There are many better resorts in karjat and offer very nice stay and food. Rooms were ok but overall resort area was not well maintained including swimming pool, small area for resort and was difficult as 2-3 groups were in small area. Owners should offer good things when they are taking such high per person cost, we almost paid 30 k for one night for all and nobody in our group liked the stay. Overall below par experience will not recommend to anyone to go here.

We were a group of 11, visited this property on 5th Aug, checked-out on 6th. We were promised 3 rooms including 1 big room & 2 delux rooms at the time of advance booking; To our surprise, the bigger room was replaced with a delux room without intimating us. Before booking this property, we looked at the recent negative reviews shared on Google; however considering no photos were shared, decided to take our chances & still visit the property. We were charged 2k per person. There was another group of 36 Pax along with us. Location: The property is located approximately 2.7 kms from Karjat Station (W). Road to reach the property from station is good. Mud water river flows opposite to the property, which we didn't like at all. Rikshaw will charge INR 100 for 3 passengers. Rooms: Delux rooms are not worth the money at all. Very small beds. Gets Cheap Oyo feeling. Poolside ground floor & upperside bigger rooms are better options, But delux, strictly NO. Food Quality: We didn't like the food quality, Afternoon main course (Veg & Non Veg Biryani was ok-ok, apart from that Dinner Starter (Non-Veg Pakoda) was worst. Main course Chicken gravy was somewhat ok, but rice quality was not good at all. Cheap quality rice. Morning breakfast Poha & Burji were served, no one liked the items. Looking at the negative reviews about food here, we decided to go for barbeque chicken as a back-up plan which was a life-saver. You will have to carry premarinated chicken, property has a small barbeque which you can use. They provided coal (big chunks) & fuel ( diesel ). Swimming Pool: Swimming Pool is big; however maintenance is required along with proper cleaning. When we reached, we had to make special request to get the pool cleansed. Depth of the pool is 5ft Max. Pool can be used full night. No restrictions. Recreational Area: It is the only good thing we found about the property which has Snooker, Pool & Carrom board. Property starts the music at 7 PM & it will be shut by 11.45 as the area is residential. (Village). Service: Not that great, but will do. You can't expect much from such outskirt property. Electricity went off multiple times. No room water. Towels etcetera were provided after request, should have been available prior to room check in. The lady on the phone is helpful & soft-spoken. Overall, we didn't like the property at all (from the moment we entered). A wise group will choose some other better options in Karjat ). Never again is what we have decided for this property. We have rushed to "Google" before our homes to write the review so one can imagine the horrible experience.
